Information we collect

ScrollStore collects information that you voluntarily submit through the free store concept or contact form, or provide when communicating with us about a project. Depending on what you share, this may include:

• Your brand name
• Your Instagram handle
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you provide it
• Information about your products, project, or enquiry

Website analytics

ScrollStore uses PostHog to understand how the website is found and used. Analytics may include page visits, calls to action clicked, referrer and UTM attribution, and other website interaction events.

We intentionally avoid sending lead-form personal information to PostHog. This includes names, brand names, Instagram handles, contact details, and free-text form responses. PostHog session recording is currently disabled.

How we use submitted information

We use submitted information to:

• Respond to enquiries
• Prepare or discuss store concepts
• Communicate about ScrollStore services
• Improve the website and the way services are delivered

Third-party services

ScrollStore relies on service providers to operate the website and enquiry flow. These providers may process information as part of delivering their services:

• PostHog for website analytics
• Resend for transactional and contact-form email delivery
• Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure

Data retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, discuss or provide services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or security requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your requests

You may contact ScrollStore to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, where applicable. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
